How We Use Cookies
Our Websites use “cookies” to enable you to sign in to our services and to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a piece of text that is placed on your computer’s hard drive. Depending on the settings you have selected, your browser adds the text to your device as a small file. You can change the browser settings as described below; many browsers are set to accept cookies by default. We use cookies to store your preferences and other information on your computer in order to save you time by eliminating the need to enter the same information repeatedly.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Many web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use other interactive features of our Websites and services that depend on cookies. The Help portion of your web browser, most likely found on the toolbar, typically tells you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether.
Targeted Display Advertising
We also work with advertising and personalization Business Partners that use cookies to help us display personalized content and appropriate advertising during your use of our Apps or visits to our Websites and other websites. Cookies placed by these Business Partners also assist us with measuring the performance of our advertising campaigns.
For more information regarding the privacy and data collection practices of third parties that use cookies for advertising from our Apps, Websites or Services, including information on how to opt out of such cookies please use the following links https://lazlo326.com/support/
“Do Not Track” Signals
Please note that while you may have the opportunity to opt out of targeted advertising through links on the advertisements themselves and you may be able to control the use of cookies through your web browser as described in the “How We Use Cookies” section above, some web browsers also may give you the ability to enable a “do not track” setting. This setting sends a special signal to the websites you encounter while web browsing. This “do not track” signal is different from disabling certain forms of tracking by declining cookies in your browser settings, as browsers with the “do not track” setting enabled still have the ability to accept cookies. Our system does not respond to web browser “do not track” signals at this time. If we do so in the future, we will describe how we do so in this Privacy Policy.
Targeted Email Marketing
Some marketing you receive, including email marketing, may also be personalized based on your visits to our Apps, Websites or Services and your browsing and use history. In addition, when you click on some links in email marketing you receive, our email service provider may place a cookie on your browser. This cookie would be linked to your email address and used to gather information about the products and services you view on our Apps, Websites or Services. Information gathered may be used to personalize and customize future email marketing messages you receive. You may opt out of this use by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in every personalized email marketing message you receive sent from or on behalf of us.
How We Use Web Beacons
We, or our Business Partners, may use web beacons on our Websites, in our email messages, in our advertisements on other websites, or in our advertisements in others’ email messages. Similarly, third parties whose content or advertisements appear on Our Websites may also place web beacons in their ads or emails for purposes of measuring the effectiveness of the content, advertisements or email messages.
A web beacon is an electronic image that can be used to recognize a cookie on your computer when you view a web page or email message. Web beacons help us measure the effectiveness of our Websites and our advertising in various ways. For example, web beacons may count the number of individuals who visit our Websites from a particular advertisement or who make a purchase from our Websites after viewing a particular advertisement or they may tell us when a web page is viewed and provide a description of the page where the web beacon is placed. Web beacons may also measure the effectiveness of our email campaigns, by counting the number of individuals who open or act upon an email message, determining when an email message is opened and determining how many times an email message is forwarded.
The information we collect through web beacons may include some limited Personal Data, and web beacons allow us to recognize users by accessing our cookies. We may also combine the information that we collect through web beacons with other information we have collected from you. We use all of this information to better tailor our marketing to you and may use this information for other purposes, such as to enable a shopping cart, customize content on our Websites and undertake internal research.
We prohibit web beacons on our Websites from being used by third parties to access Personal Data. We may allow Business Partners to compile individual information or aggregated statistics from the use of web beacons on our Websites to determine the effectiveness of online marketing and to develop statistics on how often clicking on an advertisement results in a purchase or other action on the advertiser’s site. Aggregate information is anonymous and may include demographic and usage information. No Personal Data about you is shared with Business Partners for this research.
How We Secure Personal Data
We are committed to protecting the security of Personal Data. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. When you provide us with sensitive Personal Data (such as financial information) we encrypt that information via SSL. While we strive to protect your Personal Data, we cannot ensure or guarantee that the Personal Data or private communications you transmit to us will always remain confidential, and you do so at your own risk. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Websites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Websites. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
Public Forums
Our Websites may offer publicly-accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. CA Consumers have the right to request that we disclose the following information for the period covering at least the twelve (12) months preceding their request:

- the categories of sources from which we collected personal information about you;
- the categories of personal information that we have disclosed about you for our business purposes and the categories of suppliers to which the personal information was disclosed;

- Right to Non-Discrimination for Exercising Privacy Rights
We will not discriminate against CA Consumers for exercising their rights under the CCPA or other applicable privacy laws. We will not do any of the following based on a CA Consumer’s exercise of their rights under the CCPA:
- Deny the CA Consumer goods or services;
- Charge the CA Consumer different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties;
- Provide the CA Consumer with a different level or quality of goods or services;
- Suggest that the CA Consumer may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services; or

- How To Request Access, Deletion, or Correction
To submit a request to access, delete, or correct your personal information, please contact us at support@lazlo326.com. If you have additional questions or requests, please contact us at support@lazlo326.com. See “Selecting Your Communications Preferences and Opting Out of Marketing” for additional details and limitations.
- Designating an Authorized Agent to Submit Privacy Requests
CA Consumers may use an authorized agent to submit requests to access, delete, or correct their personal information. An authorized agent is a person or entity registered with the California Secretary of State that a CA Consumer has authorized to act on their behalf. In the event you choose to submit a privacy request to us through an authorized agent, we may require that you provide the agent with written permission to do so and that the agent verify their own identity with us. In the event your privacy request is submitted by an agent without proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf, we may deny the request.
- “Shine the Light” Law
A CA Consumer who has provided personal information to a business with whom they have established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes is entitled to request information about whether the business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. In general, in the event the business has made such a disclosure of personal information, upon receipt of a request from a CA Consumer, the business is required to provide a list of all third parties to which personal information was disclosed in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of personal information that were disclosed.
However, under the law, a business is not required to provide the above-described lists in the event the business adopts and discloses to the public (in its privacy policy) a policy of not disclosing CA Consumers’ personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes, unless the business gives consumers a mechanism to opt out of having their personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Rather, the business may comply with the law by notifying the CA Consumer of their right to prevent disclosure of personal information and providing a cost-free means to exercise the right.
We have opted for this alternative approach. As stated in this privacy policy, we give CA Consumers a mechanism to opt out of having their personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Therefore, we are not required to maintain or disclose a list of third parties that received your personal information for marketing purposes. In the event you wish to opt out of sharing your personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes, please see the instructions in “Selecting Your Communications Preferences and Opting Out of Marketing” for how to opt out.

This Section supplements the preceding sections of this privacy policy by describing Covered Consumers’ additional rights with respect to their personal information and explaining how to exercise such rights, subject to applicable exceptions. Please note that for purposes of these rights under this Section personal information does not include information about job applicants, employees and other personnel, or representatives of third-party entities with which we may interact.

We may use personal information obtained from and in connection with Covered Consumers’ activities across unaffiliated sites to provide more relevant advertising to you. Additionally, Covered Consumers have the right to opt out of “sales” of personal information as defined under applicable state law. See “Selecting Your Communications Preferences and Opting Out of Marketing” for information on how to opt out. As described above, based on our advertising and marketing practices, we may disclose the following categories of personal information to third parties: online identifiers (such as IP addresses, advertising identifiers, cookie identifiers, and pixel tags), email addresses, names, general demographics, and certain commercial information regarding Services purchased, obtained, or considered.
